Refund policy

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

At Pure Project, we take great care in preparing and packing your fruit bars. Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, we do offer free replacement in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing items in the order

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Supporting images/videos must be shared with our customer support team via email / WhatsApp

  • Replacement will be initiated after verification by our team

Once approved, replacement orders are processed immediately. Any concerns raised after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


REFUNDS

Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:

  • Order cancelled before shipment

  • Order cancelled after shipment (subject to cancellation fee — see below)

  • Replacement approved but product is unavailable

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

To check your order status:

  • Visit My Account on our website, or

  • Reach out to our customer support team

After shipment:

If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee helps fairly compensate our courier partners for forward and reverse logistics.
